Terms of Service

Last Updated: [Insert Date]

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by Precision DNA & Drug Testing ("Company"). By scheduling a collection or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

Precision DNA & Drug Testing is a mobile specimen collection service based in San Antonio, Texas. We collect urine drug specimens and DNA cheek swabs on-site at your location. We do not perform laboratory analysis or issue final test results. All laboratory analysis is performed by independent SAMHSA-certified laboratories (drug testing) and AABB-accredited laboratories (DNA testing). Medical Review Officer (MRO) services are provided through our laboratory partners.

2. Chain-of-Custody Handling

We adhere strictly to chain-of-custody protocols mandated by 49 CFR Part 40 (DOT) and AABB accreditation standards. Any tampering, refusal to test, or failure to follow collector instructions will be documented and reported as required by federal law. A refusal to test is treated as a positive result under DOT regulations.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Collections are scheduled by appointment only within our 30-mile San Antonio service radius, operating Monday–Sunday, 7 AM – 7 PM. We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the collection services provided. We are not liable for the accuracy, timing, or legal admissibility of laboratory results, as those are the responsibility of the testing laboratories and MROs. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the collection process or results.

5. No Medical Advice

Information provided by our collectors or on our website does not constitute medical or legal advice. For interpretation of results, consult a licensed physician, MRO, or attorney.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
