Last Updated: [Insert Date]

Precision DNA & Drug Testing ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our mobile specimen collection services in San Antonio, Texas.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal identification information (name, phone number, email address, company name) that you voluntarily provide to us when you request a quote, schedule a collection, or contact us. In the course of providing specimen collection services, we may also collect government-issued ID information required for chain-of-custody compliance.

2. HIPAA-Aligned Data Handling

While we are a specimen collection service and not a covered healthcare provider, we voluntarily adhere to HIPAA-aligned data protection standards. Any health-related information, drug test results, or DNA collection documentation shared with us for chain-of-custody purposes is handled with strict confidentiality controls.

3. Lab Partnership Disclosure

Precision DNA & Drug Testing provides specimen collection services only. All laboratory analysis is performed by independent SAMHSA-certified laboratories (drug testing) and AABB-accredited laboratories (DNA testing). We share necessary specimen and chain-of-custody documentation with these lab partners to fulfill testing services, but we do not sell or share your personal data for marketing purposes.

4. Photo & Likeness Consent

By engaging our services or browsing our website, you acknowledge that we may use photos, videos, or likenesses of our founder, Stephen Christian, in uniform or performing collection duties, for marketing and promotional purposes. We do not capture or use the likenesses of our clients without explicit written consent.

5. No Medical Advice Disclaimer

The information provided on this website and during our collection process is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Results of drug and DNA tests are interpreted and released by our laboratory partners and licensed Medical Review Officers (MROs), not by Precision DNA & Drug Testing.

6. Data Retention & Chain-of-Custody

We retain chain-of-custody documentation and personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill legal and compliance requirements, or as mandated by DOT regulations (49 CFR Part 40) for drug testing records.
